I just revised the fourth draft of my first novel. It’s a Southern Gothic black comedy.

Reading

I'm getting to know God for the first time in my life. In the last few weeks, I read Ecclesiastes which struck a chord with this constant striver. Since then, I've been diving deep into Scripture.

I didn't ask God to show up, and He didn't have to knock on the door. I just opened it and He was there. If you wonder if the same thing can happen for you, I'm living proof it can.

Recently, I finished:

Walden by Henry David Thoreau

I’m currently reading Kurt Vonnegut’s Breakfast of Champions.

Life

I’m happily disengaging with most of the internet while focusing on writing. Life can be simple if you make it so.
